Our Commercial HVAC Services
From gas and oil furnace service to thermostat repair, we do it all. Again, we provide both installations and repairs for a variety of HVAC components. Count on us for furnace service, AC and heat pump service, air quality unit service, installations, thermostat service, zone control system installations, and custom ductwork installs.
Gas or Oil Furnace Installation and Repair
Whether you need to install a brand new furnace, you need to replace an outdated model, or you need to repair a furnace that isn’t up to snuff, we can help. If you need a new furnace, we can work with you to understand the demands of your building, so that you are sure to invest in a furnace that can keep up with those demands while remaining efficient. If you’re retrofitting your current HVAC system with a new furnace model, we’d be happy to pull out the old furnace and take it off your hands as we provide a replacement.
In addition, we can repair any issues that you may have with your furnace (as long as it doesn’t require replacement, since furnaces tend to last about two decades). Keep a keen eye out for indicators that your furnace isn’t performing as it should. Be wary of strange noises, poor heat production, no heat production, a broken blower fan, the smell of gas, or a lack of communication between your thermostat and your furnace (which may indicate an electrical issue). Regardless of the issue at hand, we can pinpoint the problem and then we’ll get to work providing you with a repair.
Heat Pump or AC Installation and Repair
Whether you have (or will have) a heat pump or an AC unit, you can rely on us for the service you need to stay comfortable, even in sweltering heat. We can install a heat pump or AC unit to keep your building cool during summer. Again, we can work with you to understand the use and square footage of your space so that we can create the appropriate zones for your property and install a unit that is the right size.
We can also provide repairs for any unit that may be faulty. Common heat pump and AC issues include poor temperature control, strange noises from the unit, a frozen evaporator coil, a broken blower fan, thermostat miscommunication and a lack of cooled air altogether.
Indoor Air Quality Unit Installations
Air quality may not just mean more comfort for workers and clients in your building, it may be essential to providing the services you offer or to create the products that you sell. With JDL HVAC, you can trust that you’ll have control over the quality of the air pumping through your building. We work with air cleaners and purifiers, humidifiers, and germicidal UV lights. Let us know about your demands for the air quality of your building. We’d be glad to install any air quality units that you desire, regardless of the size or application.
